Where do the pictures and images come from?
Either you provide them or we will secure stock photos from a variety of vendors. Please note, most stock photography is subject to additional fees charged by the photographer and/or vendor. These charges will be passed on to you directly.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, unlike many competitors, iZib Solutions does not require customers to sign a contract of any kind. However, we do offer extra benefits to customers with active contracts.

Yes, many of iZib Solutions’ pricing packages offer a discount with a yearly contract. However, a contract is not required to benefit from the competitiveness of iZib’s regular prices.

If I sign a contract, what happens if you go out of business?
You will get your money back, prorated for your current usage.

Do you take referrals?
Yes, for each customer you refer, you will receive 10% off your next month of service or 10% off your next service requirement, whichever the case may be.

iZib Solutions accepts PayPal, Visa and Master Card (via PayPal), money orders, and checks. Please note that all checks will be held for 10 days before services are rendered.

Is there a fee to cancel or change my plan?
There is no fee to change your plan. However, if you signed a one-year contract, you are subject to a termination fee should you cancel prior to the contract's expiration. Without a signed contract, cancellations can be made at no charge.

Without a content management package, we will be unable to provide support on updated content on your site. However, iZib Solutions will still provide support with hosting and/or design issues if applicable.

We can restore your website to its original design or to its last updated state. Charges for this service will vary.

What equipment do you use?
iZib Solutions uses up-to-date Pentium PCs, as well as external storage devices, to ensure your information in safe and secure.

What software do you use?
We primarily use Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, and Adobe Photoshop. However other programs are used in special circumstances. If your project requires software we do not currently own, iZib Solutions will make arrangements to secure the software and complete the project in a timely fashion.
